The Tribe – Event Terms & Conditions
The Tribe gatherings are curated, invitation-only experiences designed to bring together thoughtful,
generous and engaged women through meaningful conversation, shared perspective and authentic
connection.
By purchasing or accepting a ticket to a Tribe gathering, guests acknowledge and agree to the
following:
- Tickets are issued to the named guest and are not transferable without prior approval from
the Tribe - If you are no longer able to attend, cancellations must be advised as early as possible to
support planning and waitlist management - Refunds may only be offered where cancellation notice is received no less than 10 days prior
to the event, unless otherwise agreed at the discretion of the Tribe - Guest names and company names may be shared with the Tribe’s corporate partners prior
to the gathering. - Guest names and company names may also be displayed on printed guest cards and seating
materials during the event - Tribe gatherings are designed as relationship-led community experiences rather than
traditional networking events. While meaningful professional relationships often emerge
naturally, guests are asked to engage in a genuine, respectful and non-transactional way that
prioritises connection, conversation and support over deliberate business development
activity - From time to time, photography or video content may be captured during Tribe gatherings
for community and promotional purposes. Guests who would prefer not to appear in
imagery are encouraged to advise the organiser prior to the event - The Tribe reserves the right to make reasonable changes to speakers, venues, timings or
event format where required - All guests are expected to contribute positively to the atmosphere of the gathering, helping
maintain the warmth, generosity and inclusivity that underpin the Tribe community
